I had Norm Rollin, from Enercare at my home today. He called and advised me of the time he would arrive (was on time) and went above and beyond to explain the issues with my furnace and thermostat. Thank you Norm, I truly appreciate the work you did.

Had Dylan BURRY here today from Enercare. He was very professional. He called ahead , gave me an accurate time when he was going to arrive. He dealt with my hot water issue quickly. He went through all the repairs and even showed me videos. I’d call Dylan directly for my issues if I could next time I need repairs. Solid guy, hard worker!
Très bon dépanneur. Il a été rassurant durant son intervention et m’a aider à comprendre certains gestes simples pour éviter la perte de chaleur et fraîcheur. Merci Mr Norm Rollin.
