We were absolutely amazed with the service we received from Capital City. Our furnace broke on Tuesday and after getting the runaround from another company we wanted a second opinion. Evan, their sales manager, left us with the most detailed quote I've ever seen so we knew exactly what we were getting. We needed a few modifications due to the age of our old furnace and AC but all was explained in the quote so there were no surprise costs on installation day. By Thursday we had a new furnace and AC.
