Bob was fantastic. He was very quick to set up our appointment, arrived on time, diagnosed & resolved the problem with our gas fire place quickly, serviced & cleaned it, and then gave us several helpful tips for maintaining it. Plus, he was friendly, rearranged/added embers to improve the look of our fireplace, and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend.

I call Scott to service my fireplace. He was on time and very professional. He knows fireplace inside out and figure out the issue in a few minutes. He explained everything as he was doing it. His price is also lower than the compatators. Overall, very happy with his service.
