Chris came to the house right on time and was a super nice guy to chat with. The furnace passed all the tests with flying colors. Enercare has been looking after the furnace for years, and it is in top condition. Excellent service, excellent people like Chris. What more do you need?
We had the pleausre to deal with Shawn. G for two seperate fixes. He was great. He took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, how it worked and what to do going forward. He was friendly, professional and approachable. Thank you, Shawn, for your exceptional customer service and care.
Jason Miller came to repair our first-floor toilet leaking problems yesterday. I showed him the water drops on the basement ground. I thought that it might be the pipe-join leaking, but he immediately told me that the leaking should come from the toilet base ring. He confidently removed the toilet and replaced the base ring underneath. He also did a lot of cleanning work around the floor. Within 20 minutes, everything is is set up again. I tested multiple times, no water leaking anymore, the problem is effectively fixed. We really appreciate his magic effort.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
