Mark Clatney was the technician who came out to inspect my leaking water heater. He went above and beyond to help me. He tried everything he could to resolve the problem then and there. I am very appreciative of his professionalism.
Shawn.G was knowledgeable, patient and empathetic to our plight as victims of Canada Day floods. Our basement is a total gut. The water heater and furnace are a total loss. The a/c unit has to be replaced as well. Shawn.G was most gracious in taking the time to assess our needs, and run through the process of replacing all these units. He also made all the necessary calls to set up follow up equipment replacement appointments.

They contacted me from the cancelation list and installed the equipment quickly, only stopping to assist me in the nagging questions I was asking.
They explained all aspects of the install and worked separately but together as a well organized team.
They cleaned up all mess that was made and gave a thorough walk talk thru of the system and how it worked.
