First company I called came late. Then told me to reschedule because I had a baby gate and it could take hours to remove. He was also using a portable unit. Second company I called told me they would call me back. They never did. Ercans was easily the easiest company to deal with. They have great equipment, they were professional, and tidy. I’d pay double what they charged me with no hesitation. I can’t see why I’d use anyone els.

We have used Ercan a few times for repairs to our systems, and this time, we had to bite the bullet and get our furnace and AC replaced - they were over 18 years old so it was time. The team arrived when they said they would, communicated with us throughout the day and prior, and did an excellent job. They were here the first day for over 12 hours to hook up the AC so that we weren't without during a very hot period. And the thing that impressed me most was how clean they left my home. They put out mats, took off shoes when they were not on the mats, and cleaned the area after they were done. I called the company in to check out my AC system that wasn’t working found out. it was done, and I knew It was a lower quality unit that had to be changed. They gave me a couple of quotes and I decided I’m tired of buying low quality so i bought a carrier. Within a couple of days they were back installed it very professionally. Overall, everybody I dealt with at that company was extremely professional with a great attitude. I highly recommend to use this company for air-conditioning and heating repairs or replacements. I have already told several people about this company who have troubles with their systems.Service: Install AC
