I have long used JC because they are reliable and quick to respond. After a recent failure of my air conditioning system they installed an excellent substitute within three days. I was impressed. Now I am nice and cool on another very hot day.
Our air conditioning went down and we called JC Robinson and they came and resolved the issue professionally and with ease. Nick was great as a service technician and made the experience seamless. He was very down to earth, friendly and respectful. He went so far to point out that there are ground wasps near the AC and now I need to solve that problem lol.

JC Robinson & Sons sold and installed my new Daikin DM96VC0603BN furnace. It is too early to speak of the furnace quality, but 12 years parts and labour warranty does put me at ease.
I can, however, speak about the overall experience I had in dealings with people from JC Robinson & Sons.

Addressing my concerns [especially about humidifier], answering all and any questions I had and accommodating installation appointment that suited my needs. Professional approach, with a personal touch was a key factor for me.
