Great service from these guys. After the Canada Day floods they were able to inspect my furnace on Friday and fix it on Tuesday. I've purchased my last two HVAC units from these guys and if I have to buy another, I'm going with them.

We called JC Robinson & Sons for help, and Nic arrived at our door within an hour of our service request. He ended up coming out two days in a row for two different issues and was fantastic both times.
On the first day, he looked at our water heater and had the entire issue resolved in just 15 minutes. The next day, he serviced our AC unit. Nic clearly knows his stuff—he used his expertise to quickly diagnose the problem and had it completely fixed in less than two hours.

As usual the HVAC technician, Kiril , was professional , courteous and competent. It’s reassuring to know our AC is in top shape … if this year is anything like last year, it will be getting a workout !
