My Gemstone Energy Healing, Intuitive Reiki and Body Work session with Erin on 8/28/24:
I was lucky enough to do a session with Erin to help heal my ankle injury from 2 weeks ago.
We did video and photos with B&A to show how the gems and body work helped significantly reduce my inflammation in my foot (to give you an idea of the edema, I still can't wear normal shoes because my “fat foot” doesn't fit in them). She really helped with the swelling and the mobility (range of motion) in the foot! What I wasn't expecting is that she would also help my energetic alignment and Chakra balancing!
She picked up on that I needed to be grounded. She picked up on an unfavorable energy misalignment in my root chakra. She also picked up on the fact that my left hip was bothering me (I didn't say a word).
For me taking the time to breathe and slow down was a GEM moment! It was like I was a giant balloon and she put a small pin in me and let the air out. After the energy work I could fully take a breath of air in whereas before I was breathing small and shallow breaths.
It really affirmed that when we put others first all of the time and don't take that precious time for ourselves to really check in, then the body speaks in symptoms. After the session I felt more clear and was able to finally have a conversation I had been putting off. I was putting another's needs before mine and biting my tongue basically. However after seeing Erin I was able to verbalize my “problem” and work towards a solution.

On top of that, she’s incredibly welcoming and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It honestly feels like catching up with a friend every appointment. If you’re looking for someone skilled, professional, and genuinely kind, Leanne is the one!
The doctor is good, does well with glasses, but it seems like communication to clients is unclear. I have had to call almost every time to see if my glasses are in. I wanted contacts and felt the process of getting these was overwhelming and confusing in this setting. They are very nice just not everyone is on the same page. I will go back for glasses, just not contacts. If you have basic eye needs, contacts from here would be easy. I think my eye needs were more complicated and I needed more options.
It’s always a relaxing experience at The Lash Haus. I’ve been getting lash extensions with Ingrid over the last few months and she’s amazing! I was a lash virgin at my first appointment, and was surprised at how the level or relaxation and how gentle the process was! Ingrid is great to work with- always checking in on comfort level and making sure I like the length/thickness/style/etc. She is very good at understanding what the client is attempting explain when they don’t know all the terminology (me lol). Excellent, 5 stars!

What I loved most about my experience — exceptional services aside — was the VIBE. Henry the owner was beyond amazing. My son is 4 and this was his very first actual haircut. He has severe anxiety and fear of getting his haircut and because of that he has never had a complete haircut due to thrashing/screaming. Also, their powder is terrible. It’s extremely see through. I got this black and red nails done and against light they were transparent. They should buy powder from a different brand.

Ann Marie is a hair guru! Her 30+ years of experience are extremely evident. Not only did she lesson my maintenance time, she completely covered my grays without a base color. It looks like my natural hair. I was literally blown away. Her haircuts are precise and high caliber. Best haircut I've ever had in 30 years! Had a skin cancer check yesterday, met the PA. She was lovely as were the support staff that came before her. I do think the waiting area needs a face lift, but other than that - it was a great experience and wouldn't hesitate referring others to this office.

I just got my second facial ever with Madison and it was amazing. I got the simplicity facial and dermaplaning and i love how my skin looks after the fact. They fit us into their schedule during the middle of a heat wave, which we really appreciated. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and the crew was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.
The new system has been working flawlessly since it was installed, and we're very happy with the results. We have two more apartments whose HVAC systems will need to be replaced over the next several years, and we'll definitely be returning to B&B when that time comes.

Excellent service from this crew. They installed a new water heater for us, which turned out to be defective. We called about the problem and a crew member came out the same day. Who knew that J & R Floor Covering does way more than just floors?! One day I was admiring the facelift our neighbor had done on his house. I asked him who did it for him because we loved how it turned out. That's how we found out that not only do J & R do floors, but they are also excellent renovation contractors! Ralph sent his designer over and she helped us pick out lighting fixtures, new garage doors, colors, etc. Ralph and Joe installed new shutters, replaced our rotted front step, jacked up our porch roof and installed footers under the porch (which the builder had failed to do!). They wrapped our outdated support posts, painted the front door to match the new shutters, installed a new side door to the garage, all new locksets, detail painting and repairs, six new light fixtures, beautiful new overhead doors in the garage, the works! The place looks like new! And they were so kind, considerate, professional and speedy, with great attention to every little detail. We couldn't be happier with the results!!
I have used Carpetland 3 times (twice for carpet and once for vinyl flooring) and could not be any more pleased. Kate is incredibly knowledgeable and works with you for the best solution. Whether it be carpet, hardwood or vinyl, she has the experience and expertise to allow you to make an educated decision. Our most recent purchase was carpet, and Al was the installer. Just like Kate, Al was fantastic and I will request him for any future carpet needs.
We just finished four phases of remodeling our home over the last five years. We used Teakwood Builders for each of these remodeling projects and could not possibly be happier with the process and the outcome. Teakwood is terrific and my husband and I highly recommend them. I am a patient at Saratoga Smiles and have had such a great experience with the staff & doctors. I recently had a very painful & sever toothache over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I called and they were able to get me in to see the doctor within a couple of hours and extract the aching tooth. I’ve never had so much fun at the dentist, which is saying a lot considering the procedure was a wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor & assistant did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable and eased my anxiety. They were also very thorough with the post op instructions. Highly recommend!

The entire staff is amazing! From the minute you enter the office and are greeted by the receptionist you feel like you're amongst a caring office. The hygienists are all great, the nurse Theresa is amazing, and Dr. Singh is my fave! When checking out, Kellie is always efficient and kind. In my opinion, Spring Dental is the best dental practice in Saratoga Springs and the surrounding area.
Chauvin Dentistry is clean, efficient and professional. Gina is a lovely hygienist and Dr. Chauvin is personable and thorough.

I’m 72 years old and born and raised in Saratoga Springs and have had numerous dentist over the years with out a doubt DR. Hollis and his team are the greatest he recently did laser surgery on my teeth to remove plague and procedure that took hours to complete and would have cost thousands of dollars and he did for free His Dr. Hollis and his team are like family to me.
Good team. Smart, practical, low key dentist who won’t “upsell” you a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Recommended!

This E-Mail Post is NOT meant to be a treatise of sorts, if so, all the better; however, it must be said, Dr.Tychostup, it was ONCE AGAIN an absolute and distinct pleasure coming to your office today! Additionally, as stated in a previous Post, when the comments reflect good service received, then the appropriate remarks naturally follow in the sequential manner herein specified, ergo, equally so, to the contrary when necessary. Having said that, I would like to reiterate, for clarification purpose(s), my past Post: hence, just to highlight the reason(s) for my Posts, is that , I was leery of my first visit, vis-à-vis, “was it an anomaly because it went so smoothly ” , “ or, can I expect the same patient care in future visits???” My answer to the query IS a resounding yea verily, and most assuredly to the Affirmative. Dr.Tychostup, he does convey his soothing and relaxing fashion onto the patient at hand, by the by, along with his entire friendly staff and office personnel. It seems simply entering that serene realm of fish swimming, comely surroundings, tranquil ambiance setting the mood for the only other peaceful sounds “..ever the sweep”, atmosphere emitted when one enters its threshold. Yes, not only does the stage murmur amongst the pews, but in fact if you listen closely to the service you are about to receive, it shouts volumes from the proverbial rafters.....“Welcome” ,“ and we are here to help- attitude”. ....so sign me up!
Another observation I continually comment is the office environment, set up to showcase the positive energy and relaxed atmosphere of the what to expect from the inner surroundings and workings. The entire scenario is not only specialized in appearance but competent in nature as compared to other 3rd hand advertisements , exempli gratia, such as flyers, cards, newspapers, word of mouth et cetera. That in itself says it all to the patient when entering this realm of comfort and relief. Going to the dentist is mostly, and somewhat , an anxious occasion for people, therefore ,for the dentist and staff to work in unison assuring each individual receives the consideration and compassion “par excellence”....Dr. Tychostup takes his work serious and with confidence....meaning that, I witnessed first hand this last visit, that the nuances that I referred up above, are small BUT yet so so helpful and reassuring to the patient THAT, “colloquially speaking, this dentist knows his stuff”, and it shows . Kudos! Keep on keepin’ on exuding relaxation and above all confidence in your professionalism Dr. T, for the care artistry, and follow-up that you show today, will last a lifetime...believe me. !

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Greg. He has taken the time to understand how my body responds to treatment, and I appreciate how careful and thoughtful he is with his approach. I never feel like he’s pushing my body beyond what it can handle. I always feel safe and listened to in his office. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcomes for them.
I have been going here for years and always look forward to my appointments. I typically see Dr. Ron, but have also seen Dr. Alicia, and both of them are not only consummate professionals but are also incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive. You can tell that they genuinely care about you, not only as a patient, but as a person. The appointment is always a positive experience with helpful, insightful conversation that informs the adjustment and teaches me new things about my body and my health so I feel like I'm improving not just within the appointment, but also over time. I always leave our appointment feeling happier and healthier. For me, Dr. Ron and Dr. Alicia are a cornerstone of my healthcare and my community and I can't recommend them enough!

When my grandmother passed away 2 years ago I took over the care of her Chihuahua, peanut. 4/23/25 she fell off the bed. I called the vets frantic and In tears, they got me in as soon as possible that same day. Everyone in that office was/ are so kind and understanding. Thank you guys for everything you do. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The vets and assistants are all amazing here. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the horses. I wish they treated humans because I would switch myself. The only thing I really dislike is the service agreement where they require a credit card on file and make you pay a deposit for a simple on-farm service call. We've been clients for over 5 years and have never paid a bill late and then they implemented this new policy. The attitude of people enforcing the policy is way over the top. I accidentally typed a credit card number wrong so the deposit was declined and the interaction was very pushy and adversarial like I was some type of deadbeat on the phone with a debt collector. I can't say this left a good impression on me AT ALL. I know the policy isn't the staff member's fault, but frankly, this policy stinks and treats all customers like would be deadbeats that don't pay their bills or something and I'm not very happy with it.

They have great communication (written and verbal) before and after the appointment . Our Dr was kind and great with the furry ones as well as patient with us. I wish humans had this level of service in medical care!
We had a unique situation with our dog, and Dr. Pam Reppert went out of her way to address our dog's eye trauma issue. Thanx to her caring and accurate diagnosis, Boomer's eye injury cleared up in under 48 hrs. Nice to deal with a veteran veterinarian who has experience and compassion for treating her Client's animals.
They got us in on a busy day right before Thanksgiving to see our bearded dragon. Professional and caring staff and service.
Our golden doodle Rosie has been going to Dirty Dog for years now. We have received excellent and professional service by all the groomers. Rosie used to get very nervous because of a bad experience at a prior groomer business, but now she just trots right in because she knows they’ll take good care of her 😉

Lisa D lead a pop up Ashtanga yoga practice which is somewhat rare in this area. It’s really good to experience different styles of yoga practice. And Ashtanga yoga, a new one for me, uses a combination of all the good elements—breath, flow, challenging but accessible poses, and meditation. 😊

I had a massage with Emily Ruta a few months ago, and forgot to leave a review! But she’s worth leaving a review for because her massages are the best! I’ve only been seen by Emily twice, but both experiences were absolutely phenomenal! Whether it’s a sports massage, a complete body reset, or with any additives (like cupping, that’s what I got last time); her techniques are incredible and you always leave feeling better than when you came in. Mel is phenomenal—she’s the real deal!! I have been getting massages for years in many cities and have high standards and she is one of the best. She’s not just doing massage, it’s real bodywork. She is so knowledgeable about the body but also has an intuitive sense for what you need… If I were local i’d be seeing her WEEKLY. I booked her two days in a row during my stay in the area. Both my husband and I had our first massage with Kristen, on June 16. My husband has accessibility issues but Kristen was very patient and helpful and my husband said that’s one of the best massages he’s had. We definitely joined and we are looking forward to many more experiences and were grateful that you had a hydraulic table which my husband needed to be able to get on and off. I came in on Wednesday and had Robbie as my massage therapist. For a little context, I’ve been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain, and it had gotten so bad that I hadn’t been able to work out for two weeks. I finally decided to book an appointment, and I’m so glad I did.
Robbie was one of the most professional massage therapists I’ve ever had. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping his clients really stood out. He checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was right, explained what he was doing, and made me feel completely comfortable. On top of that, he was easy to talk to and made the entire experience enjoyable.
The session was worth every penny. From now on, I’ll only be booking with Robbie, and because of how great the experience was, I plan on keeping my Hand & Stone membership for the long term. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with muscle pain or just looking for an outstanding massage.

I was having excruciating headaches regularly and I haven’t had a single headache since I saw her my first time. So thankful to Deborah and her wonderful practice.
