The doctor is good, does well with glasses, but it seems like communication to clients is unclear. I have had to call almost every time to see if my glasses are in. I wanted contacts and felt the process of getting these was overwhelming and confusing in this setting. They are very nice just not everyone is on the same page. I will go back for glasses, just not contacts. If you have basic eye needs, contacts from here would be easy. I think my eye needs were more complicated and I needed more options.
Donna and Tony are great! I always get Donna to measure my eyes for my new glasses. I have always been very pleased with how my trifocals are so easy to view through. Thank you Donna and Tony and to the manager(I forget her name) for your great service!! I have never seen the other person that works there so I can not comment on them.
