I cannot thank this vet enough for how they have helped me the past several months. I had to put one of my guinea pigs down after his consistent, severe battle with his paw being injured. Now, one of my guinea pigs is having respiratory issues. I'm a guinea pig rescuer, I intend on forming my own rescue, and despite this vet being a little over an hour away from me, I am so unbelievably thrilled to go there and make the journey when my guinea pigs are having an emergency. Dr. Lucas and her staff are amazing! I can't say enough positive things about them. I started bringing my dogs to her 35 years ago. I even followed her from Colonie to Saratoga. It's about a 40 min drive drive from East Greenbush. That's how confident I am in her. You will be treated with respect, caring and honesty. Be sure to check them out. You won't be disappointed!!

After calling several places all morning we finally found an office to see our pet chicken. I am sure it will be a first seeing a grown woman cry over a chicken, but the staff were all amazing and patient. Highly recommend. They explained everything, gave us options, and I felt they cared about the animal and not just about the money. I appreciate that even though it was a chicken they provided excellent care and did everything they could to help her and us. They were upfront about the cost every step of the way. The prices were very fair.
