Have only just started, took a private class this week with my husband (I had had exactly 3 lessons on a cruise ship several months ago and it was his first time). Then today we joined an introductory workshop with our 14 year old daughter (her very first time doing yoga). We all enjoyed it so much (what an amazing way to spend nourishing quality time with our teen!!!) and we look forward to many more sessions here.Finally, I want to share that the staff and owner are incredibly positive and friendly, authentic human beings. Great local studio. Very welcoming community. I visited the studio while visiting Saratoga for the summer. They even have community yoga mats in case you forget your yoga mat! This gem of a studio will definitely be a staple for me during my visits to Saratoga. Excellent teachers and beautiful space.

I practiced here for a week while in town on vacation. I am pretty picky about the yoga studios I go to and I was happily surprised by this one. I took 4 classes and had several teachers. Each yogi had their own style and I enjoyed them all. I will definitely return when I go back and highly recommend this studio. They have a wonderful community.
