58 Church Street, Saratoga Springs“I had my first visit with Dr. Vaughn at the Guilderland office. I can't type exactly what I wrote, but I have had some pretty bad experiences with eye doctors. This doctor and his staff were the very first I have ever left feeling like a human being. They were knowledgeable, kind, efficient, explained everything to me. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Thankyou!!!!“
“Basically saved my vision ... went to 5 other places and had wrong prescriptions and diagnosis... these guys sorted things out and now I have the prescription and treatment plan. Thank you!“
“I developed a problem with my eye while out of town. A call to Family Vision and I had advice on interim measures to take to relieve pain until I got home, and an appointment with their doctor within an hour of my flight landing. Small practice, personal service, THIS is what healthcare should be.“

235 Washington St, Saratoga Springs“I have been seeing Dr. Brown with Saratoga Vision for 3+ years. Her quality of care is phenomenal and the office staff is proactive and extremely professional. Recently, I received a new pair of glasses and was unhappy with the quality of lens-thinning. With no questions asked, the office agreed and had the lab adjust and completely transform the lenses/frame. The office called me multiple times to provide updates on the timing while I waited and promptly informed me when they finally arrived. I have also had some billing discrepancies with medically necessary contact lenses and the staff quickly resolved all my issues. I cannot recommend them enough!“

“Excellent service from Beverly. She was terrific. Great choice of frames. I found nothing I liked at Clifton Park but many at SaratogaDid I already say how fantastic Beverly is. I would return again. The glasses were in quickly too. Pleasantly surprised on all levels.“
