Had a great experience with My Jockey! Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional. He took out our broken hot water tank and replaced it with a new one! Everything was cleaned from start to finish. Thank God for people like Brandon! Very impressed with him and My Jockey! Will use them for our HVAC needs soon!
My Jockey does excellent work! The guys are very personable, professional and very skilled. We had them replace our 31 year old furnace today. They kept great communication with us from the day they came out to do the estimate to the completion of the install. They took the time to explain everything in detail and gladly answered every question. My spouse and I thought we also needed a new AC unit, but Jonathan came out in pouring rain and fixed the issue in just a few minutes. I'm so glad I took a chance on My Jockey after finding them on a Google search. They take pride in their work, respect the customer and offer competitive rates. MyJockey was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Processing the paperwork online was convenient. Installation completed in days, no waiting. What was supposed to be only an AC install turned into a furnace replacement as well due to incompatibilities between the working 30yr old furnace and the new AC. I wish we could have forseen that but ultimately it works out for the new homeowner. I would recommend.
