MyJockey was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Processing the paperwork online was convenient. Installation completed in days, no waiting. What was supposed to be only an AC install turned into a furnace replacement as well due to incompatibilities between the working 30yr old furnace and the new AC. I wish we could have forseen that but ultimately it works out for the new homeowner. I would recommend.
I had a great experience today with Jonathan. He came in did a thorough review and assesment advised me on little changes that I can make to make my system run more efficiently and told me the things that had to be addressed immediately and things I could wait a little to address. We asked for an estimate for installation of a tankless water heater on Saturday. Jonathan called within 15 minutes of our request. He was very knowledgeable and by seeing a few pictures we sent, he knew what was needed.
We needed to sleep on it as this is a very big decision. I called Monday morning to say we were going to have My Jockey do the work.
Brandon was at our house yesterday at 1:45 to install!
He was courteous, kind and knew what he was doing. I’m happy to say we have hot water!
