I was a lash virgin at my first appointment, and was surprised at how the level or relaxation and how gentle the process was! Ingrid is great to work with- always checking in on comfort level and making sure I like the length/thickness/style/etc. She is very good at understanding what the client is attempting explain when they don’t know all the terminology (me lol). Excellent, 5 stars!“

“When I tell you I've been to every salon in Saratoga, Albany, Latham, Loudonville, Clifton Park, Burnt Hills and many many more. No one could fully grasp how to grey blend on blonde hair. Ann Marie is a hair guru! Her 30+ years of experience are extremely evident. Not only did she lesson my maintenance time, she completely covered my grays without a base color. It looks like my natural hair. I was literally blown away. Her haircuts are precise and high caliber. Best haircut I've ever had in 30 years! We are truly lucky to have someone as talented and passionate about everything to do with hair as Ann Marie. She educated me all along the way and was honest about what was realistic for my hair.
