Called Dale about a mechanical or electrical issue on a machine he typically doesn’t work with. I described the situation and he gave his best ideas about what was happening with the machine. Although he didn’t work on our machine (we needed help fast, and he would’ve had to get schematics for motor and electrical on it and research first), he set us up in the right direction. He is knowledgeable and better yet, able to apply that knowledge to related issues.
I had a break in my neutral line that was causing severe power surging. National Grid came out and installed a temporary line over the winter. As soon as the ground thawed, I was able to work with Dale where he quickly identified the issue. They identified the issue, corrected, tested, and coordinated with National Grid + inspectors to get me fully up and running. He was very easy to work with and honest. Highly recommend.
