Hayden at Spa Cascada gave me the best massage I’ve ever had today—and this is coming from someone who is terrible at receiving massages because I’m so sensitive and jumpy! She honed in on my exact problem areas, adapted the pressure and focus to where I needed the most attention, and by the end I felt amazing!! Highly recommend.

Today was my first time here and I had a wonderful massage by Samantha! The office was calm and clean, which helps you to relax as soon as you walk in. Today reminded me that it’s been too long since the last massage.

Samantha is an amazing massage therapist. She knows what she is doing. She was friendly, polite, and checked in during the massage to make sure I was good. She really pays attention to what you ask for/what you need. It was a very good experience. Thank you.
