Beautiful spa!! Staff was warm & welcoming!!A hidden gem! Very sanitary & clean. Women’s restroom and showers were sparkling clean. The lockers were very safe to leave all of our purses. The lounge areas we waited for our services was fully stocked with teas water, fruit. Very comfortable couches & lounges! Anything you need it.Kacey was fabulous. Her massage was wonderful. The facial was like no other and I did add the derma blading . My skin soaked up the top of the line products! Definitely going back! Perfect for a ladies bachelorette, shower or day out! Highly recommend! My friend had Hanna who was also fabulous!!

I went in for a facial consultation with Kasey. She was very attentive to my skin and recommended a regimen and products based on my needs. She has a touch that’s very soothing, I would highly recommend her.

My fiancé and I had the absolute best experience at complexions in Saratoga this afternoon. The spa was relaxing, tranquil and extremely clean. Every staff member was kind, attentive and helpful. I have to give a special shout to to Jordan. She gave me the best facial I have ever had and was so sweet! It felt like I was hanging out and chatting with a girlfriend while getting pampered. I will definitely be back!
