My downstairs floors were old and in bad shape and are now like new! I recently had them refinished through this company and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was such an easy, hassle free experience.
I have had floors replaced in other rooms in the past couple of years by local contractors using the typical materials offered in the stores in my area and the floor products that were available to me don’t come close in quality and variety to those offered by FCI. I truly wish I knew about FCI then.

Working with Keith and his team was a great experience! Having samples brought to my house made it very easy to go through the options and make color choices. The installers showed up on time and did a professional job. I’m very pleased with the service and the way my new carpet came out!
