“After getting several estimates and reviewing each company, I made my final determination with Mitchell from Roofing Saints. It was a close decision based on ALL factors but later found that Roofing Saints was a joint LLC of a another company which was #2 in my choosing of 4. They arrived on time, they said 7:30 but showed up at 7AM and the crew all appeared to know exactly what they were to be doing with no one walking in circles. Everyone was quite busy and before to long the entire 30 square of improperly installed singles by the developer, only 8 years ago, that were blowing off, were striped from the entire roof and loaded into their trailer. From this time on there was always someone using powerful roller magnets over the lawn area and drive to pick up get-a-way nails from the torn roof. The day was going very good until the foreman noticed the newly delivered shingles were not the correct color and stopped his crew from loading more to the roof while we had a discussion. There had been an error in selection along the way. Without hesitation, Paul, the foreman left instructions for his crew to continue cleaning up and restack the incorrect shingles from the roof as none had been installed. An hour later the Paul arrived with a different truck loaded with the correct singles and they finished the 30 squares just as it was getting dark. OPPS, they were short a piece of cap and said it would be install first thing in the AM and of course we all know what that means. Because of the way this company had performed, from the sale, to the installation issues and especially cleaning up the nails, we trusted they would take care of the cap as they promised.
