Mr. Joseph taught how to drive well and gave good advice. He was patient and knew how to guide me through polishing my driving skills. I took my road test late April and I passed! I am thankful for the lessons I took with him. I would 100% recommend him.
Joseph was an OUTSTANDING driving instructor, he was patient, descriptive, and made me better at the skills I thought I was good at. I am so happy I took lessons from Joseph. Would give 10 stars if it were possible.
I would highly recommend Golden Star Driving School for drivers who are looking to learn or get a good refresher on driving. I wasn't able to pass the road test 3 times, but 1 week of lessons with Joseph allowed me to pass the test with ease. He pointed out my mistakes respectfully, taught me how to fix them in great detail, and was very supportive thick and through.
Before meeting Joseph, I took 10-45 min minute lessons with another driver school in College point school blvd and one to two lessons with Joy Driving School. The expression sometimes “what you may want is not exactly what you may need” is exactly what describes Joseph. He was the stern teacher, yet understanding I needed to keep me in focus and help me get the confidence I need on the road and he was a teacher who didn’t waste time during his lessons in teaching his students what needed to be taught in road test skills.
