Nelson was very thorough and when told about a problem, he turned around and came right back and fixed it. He responded quickly when there was a toilet emergency and went out of his way to go to Home Depot to buy the part needed. Nelson was responsive, helpful, and courteous and was able to walk through an issue with a water heater on a Sunday. The business subbed out all of the plumbing work at a renovation to Nelson and the customer was extremely happy with the work and price. Customers definitely recommend him.
I am sooo happy with Enterprise and especially with Mr. Nelson . I called them on Saturday afternoon because I had a problem with my toilet tank and after I explained everything to Nelson he said he will come in an hour. He came right on time and fixed it and also said if I have any questions to give him a call, very respectful, polite and experienced. Now I have this company on my speed dial.I am very happy!!!
