Tom and Jason did an excellent job not only swapping our boiler over for a combi but moving the location of said boiler. They provided an outstanding service, arriving on time, super polite and professional as well as very affordable and tidy. We will definitely be contacting them for future works and servicing! Decided that we needed to change our boiler, so we contacted Tom Hedley. He came highly recommended by a number of people who had all given him glowing references. He initially visited us to give us options on which boiler would be the best for us. After choosing one, we arranged a date for installation. Tom and his dad arrived on the day and quickly got to work. The installation went smoothly, and afterwards Tom showed us all we needed to know about how to use the boiler. He also said to give him a call if there were any problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom, his work is top notch. And if ever we need plumbing work done again, his number will be the first we call.
I had a problem with my cistern and contacted Tom as he had done a job for me some time ago. He replied straight away and arranged to come to me the very next morning. He gave me a time and texted me when he was on his way. He did what was needed in a short time, explained what he was doing and charged a very reasonable amount for the work. He is a top quality tradesman and as long as he is available in my area I shall never use any other plumber. Great service all round!
