“The providers are great, but the front desk staff has consistently been disappointing. On several occasions, I’ve had negative experiences. One staff member even hung up on me during a phone call. Other times, when I try to explain my situation, the staff seems to misunderstand what I’m saying and repeatedly transfers me to someone else who also isn’t able to help.<br><br>The front desk staff would benefit from additional training in communication, customer service, and handling patient concerns. The providers have always been excellent, but the front desk experience needs significant improvement.”
