“I showed the owner what I wanted with pictures, and she understood right away! She was conservative with cutting length and confirmed it with me before cutting any further and honored that, which I think is great compared to chopping liberally like other places. If anything she could have cut a little more, but that was entirely my call. She was very thorough and meticulous but timely. Some places take way too long to cut my hair well, especially since I have so much of it, but Jenny’s was quick and very good — definitely not too fast either. I feel that often stylists don’t always do your hair how you want for whatever reason, but as long as you know what you want, Jenny Beauty seems like it’ll do a great job. My mom got exactly what she wanted too and confirmed she wanted shorter a couple times before getting the length she wanted. Again, we appreciate the precautions the owner took on length. They’ll wash and style with a cut as long as you ask but otherwise they might not. It’s definitely no frills, but you get exactly what you want at a reasonable price.Also, I liked the owner! I don’t know what the situation was with other reviews, but she was sweet and friendly to me and my mother. I can’t really imagine her being terribly rude, but she seemed like she could be on the less talkative side, which I personally think is nice if you don’t want to chat a whole lot.“
