“Had my hair done here 3 days ago and got soooo many compliments! I had a cut and dye, and it came out just as I wanted. Throughout the whole process, both CICI and Xiao Ou was confirming with me on what I wanted. They also told me how to manage my hair and ways to style, giving good advice.“

“This is my second time getting a cut and digital perm from here and it was even better than the last time! Hani did a beautiful job giving me exactly what I wanted and talking me through what to expect for my hair. She was very transparent of the whole process and explained how I could style my new hair at home. The first time I got my hair permed here, it lasted a year and 3 months with no special care (hair was still wavy when I came back). (Photos are from day after perm)“

“They were able to accept walk-ins no problem and had me in and out quickly. They did a great job with a simple men's haircut.

I believe it's cash only but I could be wrong, definitely cash preferred. $25 for a men's cut is hard to find these days, but they did a great job.“

“Pros: The haircut was good.
Cons: They push for a higher tip, which never happened to me before. Most people wouldn’t mind if the base price were $3 or$5 higher, but they do mind being prompted at checkout to raise the tip from 20% to 30% - nobody likes last-minute surprises. I suggest improving the pricing/tipping mechanism.
That said, I’m still giving 5 stars because the haircut itself was really well done.“

“I wanted to finally try a Balayage and discovered Jeong on Yelp. Based on the reviews I gave him a try. Because of my use of home diy color dyes for covering my roots it was difficult to achieve the color I wanted but he tried his best and the end result was still beautiful. He did it all: cut, balayage and blow dry. I only go to him now. You will not be disappointed!!!! Be prepared to be at the salon for 5-6 hours.“
