Phil and his son did a great job taking care of my sidewalk violation. Phil repaired the sidewalk almost immediately and did an excellent job. There was an issue with the department giving the permit but his son took care of it for me, got the permit, and after inspection my violation for the sidewalk was removed. I contacted Phil Valenza Contracting who I found local in Queens and ended up being very satisfied! They respond properly to my requests not only for an estimate but responding to me on the scheduling and project details. They were able to meet for a review and ensure we both had an understanding and agreement on everything we had asked for and we got their commitment to fulfill that. After we agreed to do the work, they did what they said they would do including meeting the start/end time frames. The work included a lot of residential concrete diewalk/walkway replacement work. Price was pretty reasonable. Work progress was very efficient and in the end performed well. Debris was properly removed and the area returned back to normal except with new concrete. Final product was great (slope, joints, edges, and surface finish). Sidewalk and walkway was taped off and looked good and we are all satisfied. Thank you Phil V Contracting.
Look no further than Phil Valenza Contracting for cement work or masonry. We have a large property which needed extensive work. Phil & crew of 5 men always arrived earlier than 8 am and began work immediately. Not only did they have plenty of manpower with Phil working alongside his crew, they had heavy machinery and all necessary tools, equipment and supplies for every phase of the job. To say they worked hard is an understatement. Each man knew his job well and they worked together like a well- tuned orchestra. From the beginning to the end result, outstanding.
