From 5 Stars to 3.. Honest account of my experience - this is a long read. I chose this company through Mitsubishi’s official website, as they are listed as Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors. I was willing to pay a premium for the peace of mind that comes with hiring a reputable, authorized installer.
Walter conducted the initial site visit to assess the space and recommend unit placement and costs, while James handled pricing and follow-up questions. We agreed on the proposal, and the only specific request I emphasized—repeatedly—was that all of my units be WiFi-enabled.
