“Finally a company that is respectable in this industry! After a major rain had a clog in my front drain flooded my entire basement. While it was raining I called up several companies who quoted me 300,400,500 plus or said they couldn't even do it. Discount Drain was sub $200!

Dont use Rooter Rooter! It's a scam, they say free estimate.. starting at $495, but they'll give u discounts to $395 and try to upcharge on things.

Discount drain wasn't my first choice with so low ratings, but happy to say if everyone they worked with rated them, I'm sure it would be much higher.

The tech who came out was knowledgeable, great to deal with, and after snaking even had to do a quick blow out.. no extra charge!

Oh and even gave me tips on how to stop it in the future!

“We have dealt with a lot of plumbers and contractors while renovating a Queens row home and ATG has corrected a lot of their work. They are actually Navien experts. They have gone out of their way, during two plumbing emergencies, to be on site same day or next day to assess our problem and have been excellent at communicating and efficient to ensure our problem is actually resolved. You might find a cheaper quote but I have wasted a lot of money on people who actually don't know what they are doing. Get your money's worth, and help me justify my learning expenses, by hiring ATG the first time. Now that they've saved our butts and sacrificed time with their own families during a blizzard and holiday they will always be our first call for all plumbing work.“
