i called a plumbing company about a clogged drain that was causing sewage to back up through a basement floor drain. i got a callback from Tucker, who went over the repair options in a clear and helpful way, and i scheduled a service visit to get the line cleared. Tucker arrived on time and started troubleshooting right away. After checking the main sewer line from the house outward, he explained that the main line was open and that the blockage was in the interior drain system.
