He examined the hot water heater and explained things in layman terms. Once done, I was shown pricing options with additional warranty option, with no pressure to make a decision right away. Jason installed a new system 5 years ago after another company with very aggressive sales person gave me an absurd price.
Now 5 years later my ac goes out on Sunday of a Holiday weekend. I called at 4pm and the repair was completed by 5:30. With the repairman waiting 20 minutes for the thunderstorm to pass.
