Great experience with Icy Hot! My 25 year old upstairs heat stopped working. I had a couple of other places come look at it and they were actually stumped.They didn’t know what was wrong with it. Frankie from Icy Hot came by took a look and within 20 minutes provided me with a temporary affordable solution to get me through the winter.I will need to eventually replace the whole system and I definitely will be going through these pros again. Thank you for your honest work! Highly recommend Icy Hot!

My AC stopped running and I called this company first thing in the morning. By 11 someone was at my house and by noon, my unit was fixed and running again.Craig (technician) was very professional and helpful. He made sure I was kept aware of the cost of the job while he was completing it. No surprises just great service! Thanks for your help! This is my second time calling Icy Hot and having Craig look into our AC malfunction. Once again, Craig did a great job. He quickly identified and explained to me the problem. He is knowledgeable, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. I appreciate that they promptly squeezed us into their busy schedule on this hot summer day.
