“Been using these guys for a few years now. They do good work and they have fair prices. They stand by their work too. My backflow was leaking months after a recert done by them. I couldn't remember if they did it, but they gave me a fair quote if it wasn't them. If it was in fact them that did the recert they would fix it for free. Turns out it was them so they fixed it right up, but the quote for a complete rebuild and recert was more than fair. Shoutout Ray for taking the time.“

The company has been responsive in trying to solve an elusive problem while addressing there time under the first year of the warranty.“

“I had my first home plumbing service from NuBlue yesterday and am very happy with the results. Jerry was helpful, explaining what he would do to diagnose the problem and possible repairs. As I expected, it looked like the old faucet assembly would have to be replaced, requiring a service panel to be added in the back wall of the adjacent closet. It's an old house, so these things happen. While preparing, Jerry said he had an idea and did another experiment. He determined that he could fix the problem by just replacing the faucet pipe fitting, saving $1,000 and no longer having to put a hole in the wall. Thank you, Jerry! :-)“
