Two of them didn't know what to do, and the other one (Legacy Plumbing) wanted $5k to replace a bunch of stuff that didn't need to be replaced. Luckily, someone referred me to CK's. The technician (Dom) knew exactly what to do, and didn't waste any time getting the job done. All of the scope of work and pricing was explained up front and there were no surprises. My AC fried and started blowing hot air (not a good thing in July in NC) - I ended up calling them late in the day, and they asked if it was okay if they sent someone the next day (I believe they well do an expedited/emergency service for a fee, but I haven't used it), I said sure, got a time frame. The HVAC tech made it out in that time frame, had a bad board diagnosed, found the replacement part, returned and swapped it all in the course of a few hours. He was polite, professional, and competent. I trust y'all are taking care of Cody but I just want to commend him on his service.
