Daniel has been a joy to deal with. We have a zoned system in our home that has been problematic. Daniel came to our home on short notice, explained the issue, and presented me with several options. He did not press the more expensive option, nor did he denigrate the less expensive option. Instead, he simply gave me the options and allowed me to make a decision based on the priorities of my family and our budget.

Once the decision was made, Daniel worked with our schedule and was promptly in and out. I mention this because I had a meeting, and if Daniel and his crew ran late (as so often happens), it would have been problematic. I admit I was a bit apprehensive, but he arrived on time and finished a bit early.

Unlike some other contractors, they either wore booties or took off their shoes when in the house. It may seem like a small thing, but we have had problems with dirty footprints more than once. It just exemplifies the level of customer service Comfort Air provides. We are very pleased.“
