“Steven and Brian from Triangle Repair Group Heating & Cooling were absolutely incredible! They came out to repair my AC after other maintenance technicians had already identified what was wrong, but weren’t qualified to actually perform the repair. Steven and Brian were the ones who finally came in and had the expertise and qualifications to get it properly fixed. It has been a constant 80+ degrees in my home and have had to use portable ac units in the meantime.
You could immediately tell that these two really know their stuff. They were extremely knowledgeable about the system, understood exactly what needed to be done, and worked efficiently and confidently without making the process feel rushed. They clearly have a high level of technical expertise and experience. They understood the equipment, knew what they were looking at, and knew exactly how to address the problem.
They were also incredibly personable and professional. I felt completely comfortable having them in my apartment, and they were respectful of my space the entire time. They took the time to explain things to me, answered my questions, and were genuinely pleasant to interact with. That combination of technical skill and great customer service is honestly hard to find around here.
After dealing with a broken AC and waiting for someone who was actually qualified to repair it, having Steven and Brian come in and get it taken care of efficiently was such a relief. They did an excellent job from start to finish, and I have 0 complaints.
Their service also left me with a really great impression of Triangle Repair Group as a company. It says a lot about a company when the people they send into your home are not only highly skilled at what they do, but also professional, respectful, personable, and genuinely good at communicating with customers. Steven and Brian represented the company extremely well.
