We had Jeremy and Elijah out today for some warranty work on our HVAC coil. The work was fast while still being thorough and very professional. Company stood behind their product on our behalf with the manufacturer with absolutely no friction. We continue to be impressed with Newcomb.

We had old Water heater go out for 3rd time and rather than replace heating element for the 3rd time, called NewComb on referral from friends. All I can say is that we are lifetime customers from here on in. No hard sell tactics or push for high end stuff - just the plain facts. Derek came, evaluated and sent in his team 2 days later - Joe and Kaley showed up and all I can say is Wow!
