Very good company to work with. There people are knowledgeable, explain the work necessary and polite.Christan was diligent in trying to determine what the problem was with our HVAC system. He determined the problem and now we are waiting for some parts for the follow up work. He made sure we have heat until the next step can be completed. I would have him work on our system again like the other technicians. I like Mario G. . I have requested and let him know that I want him to be our technician.Services: A/C system maintenance
Element is phenomenal, both in subject matter expertise and in customer service! They were prompt, professional, and extremely polite. We had been having some very odd problems with our HVAC for months. When Element came out, we explained what we had noticed. The gentleman with Element actively listened to our concerns, asking a few extra follow up questions. He made a plan and went to investigate. Just a few hours later, Element discovered the problem(s), explained what the causes of the issues were, presented some options to us, completely repaired the problems, tested the system to ensure it worked, and walked us through what they found after cleaning up. Excellent company to work with, highly recommend. We've been customers for a few years and always top-notch service. Most recently had a system issue on a cold Sunday and had a tech at our house within an hour. Best option in the area!
