I have lived at my current home for a decade and have had Bolton out for plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. They have always delivered in a timely fashion, most recently just this week. My AC fried and started blowing hot air (not a good thing in July in NC) - I ended up calling them late in the day, and they asked if it was okay if they sent someone the next day (I believe they well do an expedited/emergency service for a fee, but I haven't used it), I said sure, got a time frame. The HVAC tech made it out in that time frame, had a bad board diagnosed, found the replacement part, returned and swapped it all in the course of a few hours.
