I’m always a little skeptical about 5 star reviews. Especially with a contractor. However, my personal experience with Tech-On-Deck was absolutely a 5 star experience! Ken was the tech that came out and he was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing and how it was all relevant to my air conditioning issue. He was very respectful, obviously very knowledgeable in his craft and made sure he explained what costs were incurred as well as what costs we were able to avoid.
