Excellent customer service! Quick to respond & send someone out in the middle of the summer when our AC stopped working. They had the parts with them to make the needed repair and were quick and tidy while working in my home. We have used Custom Air for years and will continue to do so. Richard & Adam are great! Thank you Custom Air team!
Every step from quote to install of our new AC unit for the house was flawless and handled very professionally by everyone involved. The install crew was polite and made sure to put down protective mats inside so the floor wouldn't get damaged.
Ean was very helpful and patient while adjusting the HVAC settings in my condo. He clearly explained how everything works and made sure each area was set comfortably. He also shared what to expect in the summer and when to reach out if needed. Really appreciate his help!
