“We called at 8am, technician was here just after 10am. Initial check found no issue, but noted it might be an intermittent problem, which resurfaced a couple of hours later. Technician came back within an hour of the call, verified the problem, found the part and got our AC back up before 3pm. The faulty motor was still under warranty, so our only charges were the initial diagnostic fee and then the labor to replace the motor. David was polite and personable in all our interactions during the day, just like all the technicians who have come to do system checks in the past.”
