“Recently moved to Clayton and my old HVAC company, who I had an annual maintenance contract with, did not service this area of town, so I had to find someone new. A friend recommended Arctic Air, and they did not disappoint.

James came out right after I moved in this summer to check out the HVAC systems on my house and make sure everything was good to go. He was able to clean the coils on the condenser and educate me about the systems I inherited with my home. Did a great job.

I just had him come back out again this fall as the seasons turn, to do a little more maintenance and ensure the heating was working properly and ready for the coming cooler weather. He showed up right on time, got the work done, and ensured we're all set for when winter comes.

For what it's worth - if you don't have an annual maintenance plan on your HVAC, you should strongly consider it. After I had to replace a full system several years ago at an old house because I neglected to maintain it, I realized the cost to maintain is much cheaper in the long run and helps everything stay running like it should for as long as possible. Arctic Air's pricing is very reasonable for this service, and I am glad I found them.“

My system is 18 years old. I have it serviced once a year. It runs like a well oiled machine. A company like this can not stay in business all these years without the good name they have.“
