Triangle Repair Group did a great job fixing our upstairs heat. They came out quickly and were able to fix the issue. All of the technicians that came out were very professional and took time to answer all of our questions. Because of their excellent service, I also had them go ahead and do the 6 month maintenance. I had a great experience recently with TRG as we had to replace our entire downstairs HVAC system. The TRG guys were fast, efficient, professional, and the cost of our new system was extremely reasonable…!!!

The heating system was not stopping when the set temperature was reached. The TRG technician, Brian Williams, patiently went through the troubleshooting process and identfed the problem as originating with the main board for the zone control systme. He returned the next day to replace the main control board and stayed until the problem was verified to be resolved. Brian displayed excellent diagnostic skills identifiying and fixing the problem, he kept us informed throughout the process, and was willing to accept supervision from our cat.
