Air Innovations has been my go-to heating/cooling company for the better part of 5 years! John has been elite, but I have learned quickly that no matter who shows up, we are in good hands. “Mum's toilet started leaking from the back of the toilet, so we thought it was the tank. We called for help and were blessed to have Noah come to our aid. I called on a Sunday, they answered the phone! And we scheduled for Monday. Noah called me as he was inbound to give me an ETA, was on time and it is really wet today, he took off his shoes. The bolts rusted through the tank, hence the leak. The toilet was old so we agreed to rebuild the tank, Mum has a year warranty, we got a 10% discount and all of us are thrilled and happy. We 100% recommend Noah and Swift Brothers Plumbing. Our entire experience from first call to working with Noah, who is a lovely professional straight up man, was delightful. “We were having an air conditioning problem all summer. We called other companies but continued to have a problem. This fall again we called another company for the heating system and it still wasn’t working right. We decided to call Horizon and a service man was at our house in less than 24 hours with no extra charge. He saw the problems, took pics and showed us what was wrong and before the morning was over our system was running smooth. The mechanic explained everything to us . “Very professional. Had the issue with old AC and asked the AIR QUALITY team to come and inspect not just that ac but furnace and other units. They were very host in their recommendation and only suggested what was needed. Installed the new ac unit and provided the timely quote as well as able to install the system in a week. “On 9/4/ 25 I called with an AC issue. 72 degrees sent out a technician out within 30 minutes. Josias Calderon was able to diagnose the problem and quickly attempted to fix the problem.
He discovered that my unit was working properly and that it was a Duke Energy issue. He had me contact Duke Energy and they came out and fixed the problem, and my AC was restored.
I would like to praise 72 Degrees, and especially Josias for his professionalism and expertise. I am extremely satisfied with their service and care for fixing my problem. I would recommend 72 Degrees to any one with an AC/heating problem!!!!“
