I have used the Maynor Service Company before, most recently in the middle of June when our heat pump stopped working for some unknown reason. Their employee, Ben, did an excellent job of discovering and solving the issue. I highly recommend this company, and Ben,especially, for the extra effort he made to diagnose and correct the issue.
Maynor service visited two times to correct a water over heating issue which included a recirculation pump. They were patient in doing problem analysis. Maynor plumbing service representatives were always professional and polite. Today, Kyle came, we discussed the previous visits and what had been done.
After his service analysis, he fixed the problem. He explained what steps to take if the problem happens again and that Maynor, would return if needed. We appreciate their efforts and also Rachel at the office who scheduled the visits. We would recommend Maynor Service Company.
