I was contacted for my biannual inspection but I was out of town. Jade informed me to contact the office upon my return to set up an appointment. She was professional, courteous and skillful and coordinated my appointment at my convenience. She is a true professional and Heroes has outstanding employees and Jade is one of them. My experience with Heroes was great! My A/C went down Friday evening and Cameron was able to come out early Saturday morning to fix the problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my A/C back up in no time.Cameron was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what work would need to be done and did not try to push any extra upsells.Overall very pleased with the service! Thanks, Cameron!
