All staff were very professional and polite. They made the repairs quickly. My disappointment comes from having to pay for Freon that leaked out of a defective coil that was still under warranty. The unit is only 4 years old. It seems to me that manufacturers’ defects should not have to be paid for by the homeowner. American Standard Co. or the installer should cover this cost. It was over $1200.00.
