Service. AC Medic installed a new Trane System at my house. My old unit was not properly sized and was not cooling properly. Robert came out and measured the downstairs, checked the orientation on the lot, and even calculated for window coverings and doors. I have never had a contractor be so thorough.He recommended new duct work and gave me a choice of 4 systems that would work in my house from Trane. I ended up selecting a single-compressor, two-stage unit, because I wanted the option of zoning the downstairs due to one of the rooms getting a lot of sun, but I also wanted to live with it a while.Installation was done by Joey and Jacob. This five star review goes out to Angie and her prompt response to my AC emergency last year. The AC went out in August, during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Angie was very diligent and got our unit replaced within a week. My tenants also had great feedback on Robert and his professionalism as well.
