My air condenser stopped working so I called Chris from CMG and he came over immediately and took care of the issue right away. He is genuinely a really nice guy. We had a good chat. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about Chris, the owner of the company with respect to helping us with an outside Carrier HVAC for our downstairs. He came out immediately after I contacted him last Sunday when he evaluated the overall unit (e.g., gas pressure, temperatures, general condition of the unit and its parts) and diagnosed the problem to be the draft inducing motor. He indicated it was the loudest noise he had ever heard! It was so violent, in fact, that I had to previously prop the Carrier gas pack unit with cardboard baffles to dampen the excessive noise.
