Justin was our service person. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took his time to explain the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. He also cleaned up after he completed his work. I would use this company again. Horizon was quick to respond to our needs.

We had an issue with one of our toilets. Joe came out this morning and assessed the issue with the toilet. Due to the age of the toilet and issues with the tank parts, we’ve decided to get a new toilet. We’re thankful Joe was our technician and are looking forward to having a brand new toilet installed later this week.

Thank you to the plumbing crew of Schwartz Plumbing Co. I have been a customer of theirs for seven years and they have performed numerous small projects for me very efficiently.The crew lead by Adnan and assistant Bryan came the first day to unplug a clogged toilet which wouldn't respond to my plunging. When it wouldn't clear with their auger, they suspected a broken pipe in the yard. That afternoon they called for emergency utility marking. I didn't expect them to return until a couple of days later, but to my surprise the utility was there the next morning at 8:00 am and Schwartz Plumbing (now affiliated with Horizon Services) was on site at the same time.
