We had to get some duct work removed for crawlspace work to be done. Unfortunately, one day prior to NCHC doing the work in our crawlspace, our heating stopped working. Besides doing the work in our crawlspace, NCHC was super quick in troubleshooting our HVAC system and immediately shared a proposal to fix our system. Franck was not only very knowledgable, but also very friendly and supportive. He immediately got all the parts needed and had his crew come out to get our HVAC fixed. Everything is working again and the duct work in the crawlspace has been replaced and hooked up. $200 for HVAC inspection/tune up (two residential units, no repairs). I had no problems with the service itself but I do not feel the value is there compared to some other options I have come across.

I can not say enough about the great service I received from NCHC. The installers did a fantastic job & were very professional. FranckIs the best! He is very knowledgeable. I will continue to use Franck’s company.
