Morgan is a super talented hair stylist!! The atmosphere was very welcoming, and so was she. She's very professional and friendly, and I instantly trusted her from the start. I came in with a butchered haircut, and she fixed it up perfectly. I was honestly really shocked lol. I always felt insecure with shorter hair, but not after today. She definitely brought back some of my confidence. I'm really impressed and super satisfied with Morgan's work. She was super kind and did her best with what she had to work with, and she was even able to squeeze me into her schedule at the last minute. She also wouldn't let me leave until she knew I was happy with it, and I really appreciated her efforts in making sure I was satisfied. I am 100% going back in the future!!♡

I came in with torn and bleeding cuticles and a very bad eczema flare-up on my arm. I was so embarrassed by how my nails and skin looked and was very anxious to make an appointment. I had heard that getting acrylic nails helps prevent excessive damage from scratching during a flare-up because it thickens and smooths the edge of the nail, so i wanted to try it.
My nail tech Mau was incredibly sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. She made me feel understood and helped me relax and enjoy the process and helped clean up my torn cuticles so they can heal better. When I explained my nail goals she even gave me extra tips on how her other customers with eczema treat their breakouts, as well as how to make my new nails last longer. I am recommending all my friends come here, and I won't be going anywhere else when I need my nails done in the future. Thank you so much, Mau! ?

Kailyn is amazing. Firstly, I had a wonderful experience during my first visit. Today, she cut my little granddaughters hair. My little one has a very sensitive head. She loathes, getting her hair brushed. However, Kailyn's sweet and calming voice and her excellent skills, her hair was cut in no time. My little one was feeling so good about herself, and not one tear was shed. A future appointment is already booked.
I have subscribed to the monthly facial subscription for about a year. I highly recommend this salon and Chong, the owner. I know my skin is better by being faithful to have this service done. She personalizes the products and service to your skin needs. Finishing the service with a neck and shoulder massage is definitely icing on the cake!

Donna is the best as a general rule nobody else touches my hair. If Donna's not there she will get Angie to do it and Angie is a jewel too. But sometimes if neither one of them is there McKenzie has done it and the new girl did it one time Michelle but everybody is super people they're like one big family. Donna keeps up with everything new and she's a wonderful loving person she loves everybody and is so good to her seniors as well as everyone else. This place should be like a 10 out of 10 instead of a 5 out of 5. Another thing she is so good about helping people who are just starting in the business letting them come and work at her place so they can learn I think that's awesome too. The customers feel at home like family with one another as well as with the cosmetologist.

The final touches they do are just breath taking. It made me feel like I was at a high end hotel with how they folded my toilet paper ends into roses and gifted us with chocolates at the end. My 2 year old son ran through the house and screamed and cried and they were kind and patient the entire 6 hours they were there. Charlie and his team have been great to work with during the construction of our new home on Lake Hickory! We contacted Charlie initially regarding the clearing of our lot, installing riprap and building of our new boat house. Dan & crew the BEST! I tried to save this sycamore tree for3 years, Dan says, take it down, it would've crashed everything around it . Five hours they took it down. Very clean job. :)Very professional crew .!! They worked around powerlines, house,carport,fencing. Awesome job.
Everyone is always so welcoming! I have severe dental anxiety and they are always so patient and gentle with me that I switched my 5 year old here as well from a pediatric dentist. They were just as amazing with her! Highly recommend!

Wow! Talk about a state of the art better than your average dentist office. Most friendly dentist office I've ever been in from start to finish. My first visit but the dental hygienist was able to fit in a cleaning so I didn't have to come back a second time The doctor that saw me sure knew his stuff he found every single abnormality with my teeth that I already knew about but he didn't. He had not seen any of my records and he found every single thing that was a slight abnormality with my teeth in less than five minutes. They even had a comfort dog funniest thing in the world. I thought I felt something on my hand and it was a comfort dog sniffing my hand he probably noticed I was tensed up. little dog that goes around the office and comforts people that are nervous about their doctors visit. I went home and told my wife she needs to go to this dentist.

The best experience I ever had at a dentist!! Had a tooth extracted and it was painless and quick, couldn’t even feel the shot in my mouth. He’s superior at his job and very kind.. Everyone that works there are the best and so kind and compassionate. Definitely hands down best dentist.. No more traumatizing visits after going here. Highly recommended 10/10!!
If I could give negative stars- I would! The front desk staff are nice but everything else that goes on after they call your name is ridiculous! My daughter had a dental visit at Mountain View Family Dentistry located at 3055 S Hwy 127 in Hickory, NC on September 11, 2025. Everything went well until the end. I noticed that the instruments they used on her mouth were directly on the counter. No barrier present. (Photo attached). I said nothing as I wasn't 100% sure of practices and such. The dentist even put on her gloves, glasses and then tightened the straps from behind her head right before going into my daughters mouth. I should've said something then but didn't want the rest of the treatment to be tense for my daughter. Fast forward to October 16, 2025. My daughter has another appointment at the office and this time I'll ask questions. As soon as we get into the treatment room I asked the hygienist how they were allowed to have instruments that are being used directly on the counter, a porous surface. She states that it's allowed because they use CaviCide wipes between each patient. My next question was, "does that dissipate like rubbing alcohol does so no chemicals get in my child's mouth?" Her response was, "Hm.. I'm not sure but it's non toxic. And we have more bacteria in our mouths than that counter does after being wiped off." She hurried off to get the dentist who had the exact conversation with us. They then suggested that they could reclean the area with a barrier and new supplies but might not get as much done treatment wise. They were rude and short with each response. We declined and rescheduled. Upon research since, we won't be going back. I reached out to the NC Dental Board and they have to 100% use a barrier. The CaviCide wipes sanitize but does not disinfect. Also, if you read the MSDS for CaviCide (safety sheet businesses HAVE to have on file for each chemical in the building) there are SOOO many harmful affects of the wipes! I hope that their unsafe practices hasn't made anyone sick, thus far and everyone steers clear from this practice!
The entire staff & Dr Shaw are over the top Nice & friendly. I had 2 molars extracted along with a bone graft. The next day I hardly knew it happened. The week after I had a deep cleaning done which went very well also. They get 10 stars!
These girls are so nice and friendly everytime I go in for a cleaning. They explain everything that they are doing with my teeth.
I Took my scoliosis inflicted daughter to see Dr Boehme as she was experiencing a lot of discomfort after a long road trip. It started off with a great big smile and a warm welcoming staff. Dr Boehme was so professional and patient with her. He fully explained everything he was doing and made sure she was comfortable and not scared. He made some adjustments to her and made her feel so much better. The pain and discomfort completely went away, which totally surprised me. Dr Boehme has magical hands like an angle‘s wings. Thank you Dr. Boehme for taking such great care of my daughter. God blessed you with the gift of heeling. We prayed for someone like you and the lord answered our prayers. Dr. Shook takes the time to review a variety of information about your medical history and looks at the whole picture. After reviewing this information, he will then take a full 1.5hrs to discuss it with you and his recommendations. I can't think of anyone in the medical profession that does that.

When I’m in pain… instant fix! I’ve been to multiple chiropractors, and Dr. Rolfs is different than any other. He is highly knowledgeable and has an effective method to identify the trouble spots. I like that he doesn’t twist/pop my entire neck and spine. He adjusts only the misalignments. I always feel better after my visit!
We met Dr. Heath 8ish years ago and very much appreciates her VET knowledge as she has taken great care of our English BulldogS (6) n now an Aussie Doodle has joined the pack with a great personality to boot. WIN WIN
Dr. Bill diagnosed my dog within two months of me switching him from viewmont animal hospital. At Viewmont they wouldn't listen when I told them I thought he had Cushing's disease. For two years I had him there for not sleeping through the night, accidents in the house, chugging water, and getting sores all over him. Dr. Bill listens. She really goes above and beyond and her staff is just as amazing. They treat you like family.
We grew up and started our family in the area. I joined the military and we moved away for a few years and now we are back local. Our usual vet was Dr. Hill, the 1st one all the way through the younger one. We had good relationships with all of them and their employees. Upon returning, we weren’t welcomed kindly at all and decided things obviously have changed there and did not want to deal with that.
We searched and called this Vet. The staff on the phone was quick to get us an appointment which is really what we needed, quickness. The dogs needed to get a full check up with a new vet since moving.
When I arrived at the appointment the front desk staff was really just plain rude and unnecessarily short and left me guessing if I needed to sit down? Stay there? Answer questions? Where did I pay when I was done because no one said anything? etc.
The vet (Dr. Gruber) and our Vet Tech (Jessie) were great to work with. I really enjoyed them and I feel they were absolutely incredible with Max. I couldn’t be happier with that level of care. They really gave him a good once over which is what he needed.
Pricing was fair considering the amount of care Max needed. Time in and out was great, no wait (other than at the counter wondering what to do, where to go, and who to talk to).
I’m willing to put up with a little “uncalled-for sass”, if the vet is good with my dogs. I'll consider staying for now because of that. I hope they read this and make some changes with the people up front such as training, “encounter reviews” on the cameras, etc.

Blue Skies Veterinary has knowledgeable, thoughtful, and compassionate staff. Dr Wuest is the Best Vet around. He is concerned for the pet and for you. At Blue Skies, your pet's examination and most treatments are performed in the same room. I really like and prefer this method. They will give you all the options for treatments / sometimes surgeries, but they do not pressure you. Blue Skies is definitely the Preferred Veterinary Hospital in Catawba and surrounding counties!

I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for Mountain View Animal Hospital. They stepped in and helped my dog, Sampson, when another vet office originally did nothing for him. As a pet owner, that feeling of not knowing what to do or who will help is heartbreaking — and they changed that for us.
The doctor was incredibly patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush us. He took the time to really examine Sampson, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. You can tell this isn’t just a job to him — he genuinely cares about the animals and the families who love them.
Shadow, the vet tech, was so kind and gentle with Sampson. She made him feel safe, and she made me feel heard. In a stressful situation, her warmth meant more than she probably realizes. The front desk receptionist was also so welcoming and caring from the moment we walked in.
When your dog is hurting, it’s emotional and scary. This team treated Sampson like he mattered — and that means everything to me. I’m beyond thankful for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed us. I wouldn’t trust my dog anywhere else.
This was my first visit here with my pup Rauphie and I am very glad I chose SRAH for his veterinarian services. They are very friendly and courteous. An absolutely wonderful experience! Walter has a very calming, intuitive touch. He ask questions before and after. Very knowledgeable as well. The room was clean, warm, and smelled amazing, which made it easy to relax immediately. It was the perfect balance of therapeutic and relaxing—I came out feeling refreshed and renewed. Best massage I've had in a long time!
Mark is amazing. I was nauseated from the amount of pain that I was experiencing. It was amazing to have a massage that literally relieved the pain. I really didn't have to tell him every area that was hurting because he understands the muscular and skeletal systems enough to know how it all is connected. He targeted areas that I didn't even know where affected.
Please go to Jennifer for your lymphatic drainage massage. She made me feel so relaxed within the hour that we had together. The vibes were fantastic, the prices were amazing, and the service that she provides makes you feel rejuvenated and re-energized to take on the rest of the week! I look forward to doing more business with her soon and will be sending everyone I know her way!
