“Hickory Roofing & Siding is currently doing work in the townhome development where I live. The part of the vent for my gas water heater which comes out of the roof has a center ring piece which had been out of place for years, and I had no way of accessing it to get it back in line. I asked one of the workers if he could re-align the ring while he was working on my unit. He immediately went up his ladder and fixed it and made sure I was happy with the result. I really appreciate him taking care of that for me, since I know that wasn't part of the job he was there to do. I just wanted to show some appreciation for the help I got here.”
